Ordered 9/11 and received 10/01 . Its definitely accurate as far as sweating in it . I definitely would not say this would get you super snatched in terms of reducing waist size as the material is very soft and does not have much support . But it’s great to use for working out and it does make you sweat but I prefer to use it with plastic wrap as it doubles the amount of sweat ! You definitely get what you pay for .
